Rushed for time: have a Dr.VieChocolate SandViechTM Each of the varieties has its unique characteristic. To enjoy the full flavour of the superfoods in each variety, first cleanse your palate of residual tastes. Step 1. The ambient temperature affects the taste of the bar. Allow the bar to recover to room temperature. Step 2. For a totally interactive experience rub the bar for a short period with your fingers (optional). This brings out the full flavour of the bar. As the cacao is pure and has not been exposed to high temperatures in the processing it may lack the sheen of regular chocolate that has a higher cocao butter content and has added lecithin for gloss. Step 3. Smell the bar and enjoy the aroma of pure cacao. Step 4. Take a bite of a 8-10 g to allow the taste buds the complete experience of the superfoods. Step 5. Allow the piece to rest on the tongue and upper palate so that the temperature of the mouth brings the pure cacao wrap to body temperature and it starts to melt. Step 6. For those who are accustom to dark chocolate, enjoy the power of pure cacao as the wrap melts on the upper palate then proceed to # 7. For those who are first-timers proceed to # 8. Step 7. Chew slowly and allow the body temperature to incite the melding of the various superfoods – a divine experience. Take note of the delicate taste and textures of the superfoods. Step 8. Remember that the bar is infused with natural raw superfoods and may not have the same appearance and high shine of regular chocolate.
Place a whole Dr.VieChocolat between two slices of bread or stuff into croissant, roll into a slice of bread, or slice onto baguette. Warm on toast under broiler for more flavour. Enjoy as a wholesome breakfast, lunch, snack or dinner. Perfect food for travel. Delicious when warmed!
